April 9, 2012- This year at the NCVF Nationals tournament in Kansas City, Scarlet came in 9th in the Gold Bracket and Gray made it all the way to the Championship game to come home with 2nd place! Nice job ladies, way to represent for the Bucks!
Also, congratulations to the SEVEN girls named All-Americans!
All teams had a great season this year and we look forward to coming back stronger next year! We will be ready to start the year early with the change to semesters so keep checking back for updates!
April 1, 2012- Over spring break, OSU club volleyball's Scarlet team traveled to Las Vegas, Nevada for the Las Vegas Open. They lost in the semi finals to Arizona resulting in a 3rd place finish. Congratulations ladies! This weekend, at the Spring Tune-Up, OSU A came in 1st place after beating OSU B in the finals. All teams had a strong finish, with OSU C coming in 5th. The teams are getting ready to leave for Nationals in Kansas City this week! Check back for results of their final tournament of the season and good luck to both teams.
February 20, 2012- The 2012 Scarlet & Gray Classic NCVF Ranking Tournament was a great success this past weekend. Ohio State C came in 17th after they lost to Michigan State B. Ohio State A and B tied for 5th place with OSU A losing to Arizona in two games and OSU B losing to Michigan in three games. Congratulations to Dayton for winning it all in the final match against Arizona. Thank you to everyone who made this tournament run so smooth and to all of the teams that traveled so far to participate! We really appreciate it and without you we couldn't make it happen.
February 13, 2012- Congratulations to Ohio State A and B for their performance in the Wisconsin Big Tens Tournament this weekend. Ohio State A lost to Wisconsin A in the semi-finals, resulting in a 3rd place finish in Division I. Ohio State B lost to Michigan State B in the finals in three games, coming in 2nd place in Division II. The Bucks will be hosting their Super Tournament this weekend, come out and support us!
February 6, 2012- This weekend was another success for the Bucks. Ohio State A defeated the number one ranked University of Dayton in three games to win the whole tournament! Ohio State B came in 3rd and Ohio State C came in 5th; both teams lost to Ohio State A. All three teams will be traveling to Wisconsin this weekend for Big 10s. Check back for results!
January 31, 2012- All three teams had a solid showing this weekend at the Great Lakes Invitational in Michigan! Ohio State A won the whole tournament in a final match against Michigan A. Ohio State B lost to Penn State A in three, resulting in a 5th place finish. Ohio State C finished in 9th, losing to our A team in three. The Buckeyes will be practicing hard and hope to perform even stronger in Dayton this weekend.

January 24, 2012- Shout out to Ohio State C for placing 2nd in their first tournament of the new year! Congratulations girls. The Buckeyes are getting ready to head back up to Michigan this weekend to play in the Great Lakes Invitational. Good luck and stay tuned for results!

September 25, 2011 - Open gyms and tryout times have been finalized! Open gyms begin tonight at the RPAC South Gym from 7pm-9pm and Tuesday, September 27th from 7pm-9pm in the Upper Gym. Tryouts are Sunday, October 2nd from 7pm-9pm in the South Gym, Tuesday, October 4th from 7pm-9pm in the Upper gym and Thursday, October 6th from 7pm-9pm in the South Gym. Hope to see you all there!

April 10, 2011- Congratulations to Scarlet & Gray for their 5th place finishes at the 2011 NCVF National Championships in Houston! Both teams lost to the eventual winners in their respective divisions. A special congrats goes out to Shelby Sampson, Lauren Keller, Alannah Hayes, Logan Shircliff and Megan Butlerfor making the D1 and D2 all-tournament teams. GO BUCKS! Thanks to all of the girls for their hard work this season, and hope everyone is looking forward to the Fall already...but definitely enjoy your time off!!!

ABOUT.US
The Ohio State Women's Club Volleyball program is a competitive organization that seeks to maintain and improve volleyball skills, meet others with the same interests, and to compete at the college level with other university clubs. Each year we field three teams that play in 10-12 tournaments throughout the season, which spans from mid-October through early April. Winter quarter holds the bulk of the tournaments (5-6), while there are 2-4 each during Autumn and Spring quarters, including the NCVF National Championships at the end of the season. Try-outs are held at the beginning of every academic year.
